Every way to put sunlight on your meter.
We are technology-neutral and structure-neutral. The right answer depends on your land, your load curve and your balance sheet — so we model all of them before recommending one.
Utility-Scale Solar Parks
Ground-mount solar parks delivered as a single EPC package — land, design, procurement, construction and grid connection.

- Robotic dry cleaning & thermography
- Annual module degradation audits
Three ways to own it.
The engineering does not change with the contract structure — only who carries the capital and who books the return.
CAPEX
You own the asset outright. Highest lifetime return, full accelerated-depreciation benefit, and the plant sits on your balance sheet from day one.
Best for owners with capital available and a long site horizon.
OPEX / RESCO
We fund, build, own and operate the plant on your site. You pay only for the units you consume, at a tariff fixed for the contract term.
Best for zero-investment solarisation of a running facility.
Group captive
A 26% equity stake in the project SPV unlocks captive status, exempting you from most open-access surcharges under a long-term PPA.
Best for large industrial loads seeking the lowest landed tariff.
The delivery sequence
Every stage produces a document you can review — a yield model, a design pack, a test report — before the next stage starts.
- 01
Feasibility & yield study
Site survey, shadow analysis, grid capacity check and a bankable PVsyst simulation. You get a P50/P90 generation model and a 25-year cash flow before a rupee is committed.
- 02
Design & approvals
Detailed engineering, structural certification and the full approvals stack — DISCOM connectivity, CEIG charging, open-access and net-metering clearances handled in-house.
- 03
Procurement & construction
Tier-1 modules and inverters bought at volume, then built by our own crews. Piling, structures, DC/AC works and the substation run in parallel to compress the schedule.
- 04
Grid connection & handover
Pre-commissioning tests, protection coordination, metering and synchronisation — followed by a performance-ratio demonstration and a complete as-built documentation set.
- 05
25-year performance care
SCADA monitoring from our control centre, preventive maintenance, cleaning cycles and annual thermography — under a generation-linked SLA that puts our fee at risk, not yours.
Answers before you ask
What is the smallest project you take on?
Our EPC team is structured around plants of 500 kW and above. Below that we can still advise on design and vendor selection, but the economics of our delivery model work best from 1 MW upward.
How long does a 10 MW plant take to build?
Typically five to seven months from notice to proceed, assuming land and connectivity are in place. Approvals usually run in parallel with detailed engineering, and construction itself is around 12 to 16 weeks.
Do you offer zero-investment models?
Yes. Under an OPEX/RESCO structure we fund, build and operate the plant on your site and you simply buy the generated units at a fixed tariff, typically well below your current grid rate.
What happens if generation falls short?
Every O&M contract carries a guaranteed performance ratio. If measured generation drops below the guaranteed threshold for reasons within our control, we compensate the shortfall at the contracted tariff.
Which modules and inverters do you use?
Tier-1 bifacial mono PERC and TOPCon modules with central or string inverters selected per site. We are technology-neutral and will share the comparative yield modelling behind any recommendation.
Can you work outside India?
We deliver EPC across India and take on advisory, design and owner's-engineer roles in South Asia, the Middle East and East Africa. Talk to us about the specific jurisdiction.
Let’s size the plant your site can actually carry.
Send us your load profile, tariff and site coordinates. You’ll get a yield model, a capacity recommendation and an indicative tariff within five working days — at no cost.
